Configuring health check for a autostopping gateway

When lightwing brings up resources, it performs simple health checks before forwarding the traffic. This ensures all your services are up and running before traffic is forwarded.

health checks are optional and can be turned off when not needed. When health checks are turned off, lightwing considers instance running status as health check.
